Day One Body Rock TV
I did my first http://www.bodyrock.tv/ workout yesterday. The exercises are similar to the cross-training moves they use in p90x, and they are incredibly physically challenging. I am soo so sore this morning, and I only worked out for less than half an hour! What I like about the workouts is that they are short but INTENSE. You are working every muscle in your body it seems, and you don't take breaks. I actually found the workout to be more rewarding than other routines I have tried in the past. I would recommend this regimen for anyone who is dead serious about getting in shape and has a high pain tolerance. HAHA and maybe someday I'll look like Zuzana up there :)
