This woman is insane, and she legit looks like this in real life. I get the feeling that her routine is similar to p90x, which is great because that program will whip your sorry ass into shape like no one else! She emphasizes home workouts and using one's own body for resistance, and apparently it works! everyone should check out this couple's site if they are interested in effective, at-home workouts.
